Viewing data in Cytoscape

1. Start cytoscape using this Webstart link: Start Cytoscape.
2. Follow the following steps:
   • Start Cytoscape 2.6 (or greater).
   • Once Cytoscape has started install the NetLink plugin by clicking the Plugins → Manage Plugins menu and selecting the NetLink (available under the Other folder) and clicking the Install button.
   • Load this session: overview_and_children.cys
